J'ai choisi cette toile pour sa sensualité, mais aussi parce qu'elle représentait un défi de taille (fondus à l'acrylique)

This is an interpretation of a painting I found on the Web. Unfortunately, I don't have the artist's name. I chose this painting for its sensuality et also because it was a big challenge to paint the skin with acrylic medium.

I painted this canevas for a friend. I was inspired by its splendid colors et constrats. I use a spatula except for the skin for which I used a brush.

Exercise of a technique that I'm starting to appreciate more and more - spatula. I found this beautiful pastel on Internet and I painted it with acrylic paint. I just love the colours and light coming from that painting.

Cette toile a été mon défi de la session d'automne 2013. Le travail s'est fait au pinceau et à l'acrylique. Créer des fondus avec ce médium demande une patience inébranlable. Les gouttes d'eau ont parfois jusqu'à 5 couleurs différentes. Je suis fière de mon travail!

30 x 40 Interpretation of a picture (unknown photographer). This painting was my challenge of 2013 fall session. I executed this painting with brushes using acrylic paint. This technique "fondu" needs lots of patience. I have used up to 5 different colors to create the water drops. I am very proud of my job!
